We had an interesting email from a site called Freebie Jeebies today, telling us of an interesting offer that might be of interest to you guys that can’t quite afford a TomTom yet. The site boasts that you can get a TomTom ONE V3 or TomTom GO 910 for free. Unfortunately this is not quite 100% true, but it’s still an interesting idea. In short it pretty much revolves around affiliate marketing where quality companies like Coral and LoveFilm pay for introducing customer to their service.
Each TomTom costs a certain amount of credits, were credits equal the amount of people you send to their site who then complete a deal. I’ve gave an example below to show how it works.
Select your choice of product (ONE V3 costs 8 credits)
Send out your link to friends and family
Hope 8 of your friends and so called family complete a deal each
You get a TomTom
I’m half way towards getting a TomTom ONE V3 (thanks Auntie Gene for signing up) and I’ve chosen the Coral deal, which only costs £5. So by my calculation that’s £5 for my deal, £40 for my friends and family deal bringing my total cost to £45 for a brand new TomTom ONE V3.
Note
I think I’ve done an awful job of explaining this deal so below is a Video from the BBC explaining how it all works. Remember and tell me how you get on.
It’s been a while since we seen the last of the amazing £99 TomTom ONE deals, but worry not there are still some great deals to be found. This week Amazon is £1.11 cheaper that it’s closest price competitor Dixons with a price of £114.99 with free delivery.
Remember and keep your eyes open for some of the Amazon accessory bundle deals, plenty of savings to be had.
Halfords have just sent us over some great discount codes for you guys to obtain some amazing TomTom deals. Check out the amazing saving on the TomTom Rider V2 and the new TomTom GO 920 T.

When TomTom announced the new TomTom GO 520 and GO 720 earlier in the year, many of us fought the urge to buy a new TomTom predicting the TomTom GO 920 would follow. So just in time for Christmas the wait is over and all the big hitters have the new top of the range TomTom GO 920 in stock.
Identical in styling to the GO 520 and GO 720 the new TomTom features all of the functions of its siblings and a whole load more. The GO 920 comes with preinstalled maps of Europe, USA and Canada stored on the 4 GB of internal memory. Best of all the new TomTom comes with a built in RDS-TMC Traffic Receiver allowing you to receive up-to-date traffic information.
As you would exptect Amazon and Dixons both have the best TomTom deals with the lowest price of £365.42 both offering free delivery.
A full week has passed since we seen any movement in the daily TomTom ONE price fight, but it seems like Amazon and Dixons have came to a truce. Both prices have been a consistent £127.00, with standard free shipping and a free £10 TomTom Accessory voucher.
So there it is, absolutely nothing to distinguish the two deals. However it is worth checking out some of the bundle deals on offer.
Halfords have just gave us advance warning of their 1 day sale on Monday 26th November. This one day extravaganza gives everyone the discount of 5% off absolutely everything, meaning there are loads of TomTom deals to be had.
